Flights

Travel insurance is required and must be arranged individually by each participant.

Airport transfers and transportation to Koh Phangan are not included, although we will provide guidance on the best travel options to reach the island.

Meals or drinks outside the retreat venue during external activities are not included.

Optional services such as massages, wellness treatments or additional activities offered at the venue are also not included and can be booked separately if desired.

The easiest way is to fly to Koh Samui and then take a ferry to Koh Phangan.

You will receive a detailed preparation guide before the retreat, but generally you should bring:

Since the retreat lasts only 6 days, most travelers can join easily under standard tourist entry conditions.

The retreat will be held in English, as participants may come from different countries.

The intention is to create an international and welcoming environment where everyone can connect and communicate easily.

All instructions, workshops and group activities will be guided in English, but the atmosphere is relaxed and supportive, perfect for both native and non-native speakers.

All participants will stay in private single rooms.

This allows each guest to have their own personal space to rest, recharge and integrate the experiences of the retreat, while still enjoying the shared atmosphere of the group during activities and meals.
